Shipping policy

Our Facilities are closed on Sundays & Mondays. 

As a result, all orders received on Sundays and Mondays will be fulfilled on the following business day, Tuesdays.  

Please allow 24 hours for the orders received on regular business days to be processed and fulfilled.  You will receive an email notification once a shipping provider and tracking number has been assigned.  You will be able to track the arrival of your order via that tracking number.  

Please note: if you did not provide an email address when you placed your order, you will not receive any notifications or updates on your order status.



Please note that you will be responsible for paying all additional fees upon final delivery, if any - Customs & Duty Fees. 


We unfortunately, do not control what happens to packages once they leave our facilities.  However, we are here to help.
