Traditional USE:

Directions: 
      Adults: Take 2 to 4 teaspoons daily (10ml). 
      Children over 3 1/2 years: Take 1 to 4 teaspoons daily (5ml).
      Children under 3 1/2 years: Take 1/2 teaspoon twice daily.
