All orders received on Saturdays; Sundays & on Holidays will be fulfilled on the Next Day of Business.  

[Business Days are Monday - Friday]

Your order will be processed & fulfilled within 24hrs of us receiving it. 

You will receive an email notification once it is ready to be shipped.  You will also be able to track the arrival of your order via that tracking number.  

Please note: if you did not provide an email address when you placed your order, you will not receive any notifications or updates on your order status.

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES: 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying all additional Customs & Duty Fees at your local port of entry. 

Please note that in recent months certain countries have implemented strict rules on products like ours being imported from the USA - causing delays and product returns.

To bypass those issues our carriers have advised us that customers should hire an import agent to act as the middleman for the shipment. 

So, we will ship to the agent and the agent will mail your product to you once they have cleared it through customs. 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT OR SHIPPING ISSUE: 

We unfortunately, do not control what happens to packages once they leave our facilities.  However, we are here to help.
