Credit towards another Natural Herbal Labs product will be extended! Request MUST be made within 7 Days of your original purchase for credit to be applied. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, other than you did not like the product - taste, smell, etc. please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you with selecting another Natural Herbal Labs Product of the equal value.
If the original item was discounted or on sale, that is the value that will be applied to the replacement product; you will be responsible for paying the difference. The discount or sale will not be applied under any circumstances.

 Alternatively, the value of the credit may also be placed onto a Natural Herbal Labs Gift Card that can be used at a later date. However, these Gift Cards cannot and will Not be replaced if Lost or Stolen.
 You must use the total value of the credit at the time of redemption – No exceptions.
 

RETURN POLICY:

We Do Not & Will Not Accept Returns of any Liquid Herbal Supplements, for public Health & Safety Reasons - opened or unopened.  NO REFUNDS - CREDIT ONLY!

If the Item, you purchased is defective, a replacement will be provided to you at no additional cost. Changing your mind or not liking your purchase does not apply and not a valid reason for a replacement or credit.

DAMAGED PRODUCT OR SHIPPING ISSUE

We unfortunately, do not control what happens to packages once they leave our facilities.  However, we are here to help.
