Directions (INTERNAL USE): 
  Adults take 1 teaspoon (5ml) twice daily after meals (morning & night).
  (Do Not Exceed Internal Dosage).  

(EXTERNAL USE) Apply to infected AREA WITH COTTON BALL, RINSE AFTER 30 MINUTES TWICE DAILY.
