During your Personal Consultation, we will: 

• Identify concerns specific to you and your health.
• Make simple and realistic changes to your daily diet and routine that will substantially improve your health.
• Provide you with products, resources, and / or references to achieve your health goals.  
• We will set realistic goals specific to your health needs and desires. 
• Introduce you to new or healthier food options - EAT TO LIVE! (Suggested meal plans are available)
• Help you understand the products, their ingredients, their effectiveness, & the importance of consistency 
• Learn about how to safely and effectively wean yourself off your medications, if that is your goal.

Keep in mind, that to achieve ultimate results, there must be a commitment on your part to YOURSELF, YOUR JOURNEY & THE PROCESS! 

Also remember to GIVE YOURSELF GRACE along the way, your health issues did not just appear overnight ... as a result, they will not magically disappear overnight.
