DIRECTIONS:

Adults: Take 2 to 4 teaspoons daily (10ml).

Children over 3 1/2 years: Take 1 to 4 teaspoons daily (5ml).

Children under 3 1/2: Take 1/2 teaspoon twice daily.

Must keep refrigerated after opening, make sure cap is tightly secured.
